From there we realized we could help with more than day-to-day tool use — we could automate the manual processes that were creating drag on productivity in the first place.
In the end our clients tell us their clients are better served because more resources go to people and fewer to systems — but just as importantly, their staff are better served by being able to be the hero for their clients instead of a slave to their machines.
